With this voucher two adults and two children (aged 5 to 16) can enjoy ascending the tallest folly in the world and taking in the spectacular view at the top! You’ll have a full hour to ascend the Tower, marvel at the views and the stunning architecture, find out more about the Tower from our Heritage & Tourism staff and volunteers, then descend back to tera firma.

This Wainhouse Tower Ascent Gift Voucher for Four allows the recipient to purchase four tickets for ascent of Wainhouse Tower on an available date of their choice, with a souvenir Ascent Certificate for each person. To redeem the voucher, just take the following steps:

1) Go to Visit Calderdale's Eventbrite and pick the Wainhouse Towers ascent event you would like to attend. NB We plan to open Wainhouse Tower from March to October 2026 on the first Friday and third Saturday of each month, plus most Bank Holidays. Openings are weather dependent – if it’s too windy, we’re unable to ascend the Tower. As such, we rely on weather forecasts in our planning and ascent dates are usually confirmed with tickets put on sale via Eventbrite, around a week before each ascent. Wainhouse Tower is not open in November, December, January or February

2) When purchasing the ticket, enter your promo code (this will be provided in your confirmation email). This will eliminate the cost of 2 tickets.

Please note the terms and conditions below:

• This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. No refunds will be issued for unused vouchers.
• The voucher can be redeemed on the Visit Calderdale Eventbrite, by choosing one of the available ascents of Wainhouse Tower listed, then inputting the voucher code. If the purchase exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• The gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes.
• Advance booking is required to use this voucher. Ticket sales close two days before each event.
• Digital gift cards are delivered via email to the buyer's provided email address. Visit Calderdale is not responsible for incorrect email addresses or delivery failures due to spam filters or other technical issues
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
